Tidal REP currently manages two discretionary private equity funds totaling over $150MM that invest its GP positions in larger opportunistic real estate projects.  Tidal is currently managing an active capitalized construction and development portfolio of over $1B and has additional development pipeline in pre-development of over $700MM in project cost.
