The project is located in the historic yet always evolving neighborhood: Nolita.  Flank purchased the former parking garage in 2012, and took advantage of grandfathered zoning to build forever views.  Once again the local vernacular and brick detailing are played out on a masonry façade and complemented by classic weight and chain windows.  The building is comprised of seven unique homes each with outdoor space, parking, and gym access. Acquired and developed by Flank Inc.
