The project is located on West 12th Street between Washington and West Street.  The building is 50,000 s.f. and rises 7 stories above street level.  It is comprised of 12 unique condominium offerings.  The façade is comprised of copper panels and large unitized windows.  The interior program is transcribed on the exterior.  The copper is untreated and as the building ages, the copper will patina gracefully for years to come.  A roof top pool caps the building with unfettered views of the Hudson River.
